Doug began his entrepreneurial career at the age of 12 producing and marketing a line of magic and juggling kits.  After earning a degree in Chemical Engineering he spent 10 years at Procter & Gamble where he rose to the rank of Master Marketing Inventor and shipped a record 9 new business initiatives in 12 months.

In 1986, Doug founded Eureka! Ranch to help companies think smarter and more creatively about innovation. Today, Doug remains CEO of Eureka! Ranch located in Cincinnati Ohio and it’s sister company Eureka! Research International with offices in Glasgow Scotland and Prince Edward Island Canada.
